Participants must be at least 5 years old to fly. There is no maximum age limit; however, all participants should be in good physical condition. If you have any medical concerns, please let us know before your flight. Our captain will make the final determination regarding participation for safety reasons.
For younger children, we recommend flying tandem with a parent or guardian whenever possible.
You'll spend approximately 8ā12 minutes soaring above the water, depending on weather conditions. The total boat excursion can last up to one hour, depending on the number of flyers aboard.
Parasailing flights can accommodate one, two, or three people at a time, depending on weather conditions and combined passenger weight. For safety, the captain will determine the best flight configuration on the day of your trip.
Jet ski riders should expect to get wet. For parasailing you can stay completely dry or choose to enjoy a gentle dip in the water during your flight. Many guests consider the dip the highlight of their parasailing adventure.

Spectator seats on the boat are available for $75 per person, subject to available space. Please note that parasailing guests always receive priority, so spectator spots cannot be guaranteed.
You are welcome to bring your phone or camera at your own risk for parasailing. However, the use of phones, cameras, or other handheld devices while operating a jet ski is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Drivers must be at least 16 years old to operate a jet ski. While there is no minimum age requirement for passengers, we recommend children be at least 5 years old for their comfort and safety.
No experience is necessary. Our staff will provide a safety briefing and operating instructions before your ride to ensure you're comfortable on the water.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. Since both parasailing and jet ski rides may involve getting wet, we recommend a swimsuit or clothing you don't mind getting splashed.
We also recommend bringing sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen for a comfortable day on the water.
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe for parasailing and jet skiing, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel your reservation. If we cancel due to weather, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
